Looking for a good universal control for Iphone

I always lost my remote controls, so can someone please suggest me a good universal control app for turn of television set, camcorders, Blue Ray Players and and so on?

I have and love the Harmony Home Hub. There is a hardware piece involved, but it is great. I have the simple remote if I want to use it, or I can use my phone or iPad.

I am currently using iRule. Which I love. There are some costs for hardware (IR repeaters/blasters) but it is a pretty slick application. I have it setup to control pretty much everything in my living room. TV, Blu-Ray, AppleTV, Receiver, Lights, AC and I am looking to install another IR Blaster to control my fan!
