Looking for a HDMI/DVI to Firewire Adapter

I've already got two of these Diamond BVU195's running at 1920x1200. My calculations indicate I have exceeded the USB 2.0 bandwith by 7 times 😀😀. I am looking to utilize this firewire port that is doing nothing to reduce the load. I've already got the mini displayport utilized. I'm running 3 monitors possibly 4 in the future not including the laptop LCD.

Where can I find firewire adapter?

I've never heard of any such thing. It sounds like you need a Mac Pro.

firewire was not intended for display uses. only data. don't think there will ever be an FW800 to HDMI or whatever display plug.

but you can hook a camera up via firewire? also the fact that there is an adapter for USB makes me think there can be one for firewire too. that said, i haven't found anything after googling for quite some time.
