Looking for a HR management/scheduling app

Basically, I'd like to be able to create a list of employees...

Then create an event/project...

Drag some employees into the event....

And then view a calendar/timeline that will visually show me when an employee is busy or available or if there's conflicts in the schedule.

Any ideas?
