Looking for a “Live Pencil” / Hand-Drawn Sketch Effect in Final Cut Pro

I’m looking for a method or plugin for Final Cut Pro that can transform a video into what’s often called a “Live Pencil” style—essentially making the footage look like it was hand-sketched in black and white...

Any suggestions?

The only thing that I can think of that might get close to that is… AI.

OR… with a completely inordinate amount of work (and money for additional plugins) using e.g. After Effects.
