Looking for a Monitor that Can Double for Productivity / Content Creation ---- Recs?

Bought a 32" Dell S3220 today (1440p) on a lark and the text is way too mushy.

Looking for something that priorities text clarity and color accuracy with a VESA mount. Basically 60/40 office work and content creation (YouTube).

27 inches is fine; 32 is awesome. Will be plugged into a 16" Intel MacBook Pro.

How much do you care about color accuracy and calibration? I've always been satisfied with LG offerings, 4K capable. You tend to get what you pay for. It would be nice if you can find a place to audition.
