Looking for a perfect news app with push notification updates Please help

I love Pulse news reader i use it all the time, its probably my favorite app. Recently I downloaded CNN and loved the feature of push notification updates which show up in notification center and I searched Pulse for this feature and couldn't find it. Does anyone know about an app (preferably free) which has this feature, where you can add custom sites (such as MacRumors and Gizmodo) which will push updates to notification center with recent news in intervals of my choosing? I would really appreciate your suggestions!

Over the day I have used a few and none of them seem to be working as advertised, and some havnt been updated in 1-2 years.
