looking for a program that I can organize my apps by tagging them

I have tons of apps, so many that I forget what I have. I would like to tag my apps so that I could select a few keywords and see all the apps that pertain to my search.

Has anyone come across a app like this. The closest thing i can find is Punakea.

If you select an app and Get Info from the file menu, you can add your own Spotlight comments. Is that the sort of thing you're after?
