macOS Looking for a Quartz-Composer-layout-like view

I'm looking for an Objective-C NSView subclass, preferably BSD-like-licensed, that functions similarly to the layout view and elements in Quartz Composer; that is, you can drag and drop in elements, move them around, and preferably be able to hierarchally navigate them, a la the macro patches in QC, but without (a la the layout view in Xcode's data modeler) would be okay too.

Anyone know of anything, or a starting point?
