Are there any good sites to find people looking to downsize their 6+?
I have a space gray 64g 6 and would like to swap up to a space gray 64g 6+, and I would pay the difference in cash. Anyone know any good sites to find or make offers?

You'll be better off to just sell it, and then buy the iPhone 6 outright.

Check out swappa.com for buying/selling. Then of course there's eBay and craigslist as well.

I traded my space gray 128gig iPhone 6+ for a gold 128gig iPhone 6+. (only difference was the color) The person I traded with posted a listing on Craigslist. First we met at the Apple store where I added Applecare to the phone I was trading for. Then we went over to the AT&T store where they swapped the serial number and IMEI numbers on our accounts. So we are both protected from the other person reporting it lost or stolen.
