Looking for a sleeve with handles

Hi,

I'm looking for a sleeve with handles that fits the new iPad + smart case
the budget is 20-50$
it might also have a shoulder strap but it's not a must.
I'm look for a high quality case.
(it would be great to get AMAZON / eBay links!)
