Looking for a system wide ad-blocker

I currently use "Ad Block" for Safari and doesn't block everything so is there any better once out there for free?

Safari AdBlock uses the same definations as AdBlock Plus. I am not aware of any type of system wide adblock type of program.

On Omniweb I use GoodVibrations.css, which is old, but free. It blocks virtually everything.

I use uBlock, I've been using AdBlock forever but not going to change back after I tried uBlock.

I've just uninstalled all my ad blockers.
I thought about this, and the ads make websites I watch, download, listen to and read money to keep themselves running.
