Looking for a torx bit.

I need a torx bit for my 4 who makes a good one?
I seen them on eBay but are some better then others?

What you need is a Pentalobe screwdriver. Here's a good one from iFixIt for 12.95. They can be had for cheaper on eBay, but the one I ordered wasn't actually a Pentalobe once I received it.
