Looking for a tv turner

I looking for a tv turner that will be able to broadcast to the internet front my satellite tv, they told me that eyetv willl NOT do this, any other that can do this, sample broadcast to justin.tv

There's something called a SlingBox. It will stream tv over the internet and also allow you to change the channel.
