Looking for a video transfer app to transfer video from iPhone to iPad

This again, love it. Use it all the time.
Bluetooth is a bit slow, but, ah well, is what it is.

Don't understand why Bluetooth 4.0 in iPhone 5 and Bluetooth 4.0 in iPad 3 don't transfer at 25mbps of BT4.0.
