Not sure what you mean by "works with macOS"? Has a Windows layout but the usual Cmd and Alt keys can be remapped.

The Logitech K811 keyboard is like this one except it has Mac keys on it already. No need for remapping. It's made for Mac right out of the box. I own one and really like it. It can pair with iPhones and iPads as well.
