Typically that’s over Bluetooth, is there any specific need for AirPlay? If not - Anker Roav SmartCharge F0 Bluetooth FM Transmitter for Car, Audio Adapter and Receiver, Hands-Free Calling, MP3 Car Charger with 2 USB Ports, PowerIQ, and AUX Output (No Dedicated App) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GJ7DHMP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_2RxPEbTBPJM1Y

Pretty much pair and go. Non-airplay means it works with any bluetooth device, not just Apple devices.

Thanks . this is for an outdoor audio system that uses a car radio as a amp. I want to stream my music to this system and not sure blue tooth can handle the distance. https://www.apple.com/shop/product/HNNT2ZM/A/twelve-south-airfly-pro-bluetooth-transmitter. I was looking for something like this for Airplay.

Have you considered the Fiio M6 digital audio player. It is the only DAC I know of that has an airplay receiver. Uses a high quality Sabre ESS dac so the audio quality is very, very good (Sound stage, dynamic range and all other audiophile goodness). It’s Bluetooth receiver is also the best I ever used and is almost close to wired quality. Available on Amazon if you wanna check it out (Paid £135 for mine).

Thanks . That really doesn't work for me. The Radio In question does not have Wifi/Blue tooth or Apple play embedded.

Your only two connection options are Wi-Fi and radio, as I understand, to reach the audio system from home.

To use Wi-Fi and airplay, the next best solution is to put another device right next to the audio system. if I presume correctly that you don’t want to do that, the next best option is a powerful airplay or Bluetooth to powerful radio transmitter in your home. Something that has a headphone jack, and you can plug your iPhone into it and transmit radio that way.

or, a radio transmitter that’s high power with a headphone jack, that you plug a Bluetooth/airplay to aux adapter into for wireless at home.
