iPhone Looking for an app to import a face / head into a video

We have this family group in WhatsApp where we joke a lot between us. Some of the best jokes we use are of the silly type where you take the face/head of one of the participants and put it on another picture, to do this I use an app like Picsart.
I am looking for an app to take this to the next level, an app that lets me import a face taken from a picture into an area of a funny video I have downloaded, most of the time to replace the head / face of someone on that video. It doesn't need to deliver photoshop level results, it is just for jokes. I haven't found anything that can do something like this on the iPhone.

Nice app. I get that Facetime can use stickers replacing your own head on a call, but how can you use such sticker to replace the head of someone on a downloaded video?
