Looking for an app to limit data

I'm coming from the Android platform and there are apps on the playstore that will block apps from accessing the internet as well as cap data once a threshold is met. Are there any apps that do this? Thanks.

3G Watchdog on Android can actually cut off data once a threshold is reached. Android 4.0+ has this functionality built in. I'm looking for something similiar on IOS.
