Looking for an App

Here's what I want to do.

I have a Plex server running which 6 people have access to. When I add content to the server be it a TV show or a Movie I would like to notify the people I share the content with.

I don't mind typing, "Name of the show, Episode number" etc

I cant do this over text as it shares numbers, so I'm looking for a alternative method.
