Looking for app, but forgot the name

Okay, I'm looking for this program that opens a translucent window that works similar to the dock, but can be organized into different categories. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

No. The window color is black, but I think it can be customized. Also the window is resizable.

It definitely looks like a very well thought-out little program; I may have to give it a try myself.

I use overflow programmed to a side button on my mouse. Its not perfect yet but its almost a dock replacement for me.
