Looking for app showing all hot keys in use

Anyone know where I can find an app which will shows all hot keys being used on my computer and in what programs they are being used? Or is there something already built in to the Mac I'm unaware of?

I was looking for something similar to this program - unfortunately it's windows-only.

Thanks so much for your reply. I was aware of this, however I guess what I'm looking for is something which will tell me a bit more, for example, which hot keys are being used in all my apps, including third party.

There is an app somewhere that, when you press a keyboard shortcut, brings up all the available shortcuts for that app. I am completely blanking on the name of the app.

I had to remove it because it crashed Firefox all the time, but as soon as I remember I'll get back to you with it.
