Hi,

Is anyone here good at scripting Keynote? AppleScript or JXA.

I've found a website about scripting Keynote and wanted to contact the author to commission him. But I can't find his contact details on the website: https://iworkautomation.com/

R
eally weird. I even tried whois, but the domain registration is private...

Anyway.
What I'd like to do/script in Keynote is:
Take a Keynote 09 presentation, open it in Keynote 6 and then assign Shape Styles, Line Styles etc... to all elements of a certain colour.

So for example:
IF fill-color rgb value = 255,0,0
THEN assign Shape Style 1

IF border-color rgb value = 100,50,0
THEN assign Shape Style 2

etc...

I'm not expecting freebies, so feel free to PM me if you think you can help me out.

Thanks a lot!

I believe that site belongs to Shane Stanley, AppleScripter extraordinaire. He's a regular on Apple's AppleScript mailing list and posts regularly over at Mac Scripter: http://www.macscripter.net

You should be able to track him down from that!

Good luck!

...that said, the scripting support in Keynote looks rather... ummm... light. I'm dubious about whether you're going to be able to achieve what you describe.
