Any suggestions? As simple as possible to use their mac (I'll be setting everything up) for day-to-day uses. Same thing for working the Internet...

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

There are basic guides on Apple's website. Check there.

Well there are basic guides, if you have no clue at all, Apple's One-To-One program is very good.

You make an appointment with someone at the Apple Store and they guide you through the basics of using OS X.

Dummies Guides ? Is this for you or for parents/grandparents or similar? There is a 'restricted' mode in which you can create a user so they just get a few icons for mail, web etc and can change practically nothing. May be worth checking that out?
