Looking for case: anyone have M-Edge Portfolio?

Hey all:

I'm looking for the following in a case:

-Zippered
-Full-sized notebook (8.5" x 11")
-Ipad 2 holder where I can use it simultaneously with a notepad


Other than those, I'm not picky. I've found tons that aren't the correct size of pad. I need 8x11 sheet (regular letter size).

I also found the M-Edge Method Portfolio, and the reviews are a bit iffy. Does anyone have it that can vouch for its usage? I don't intend to put any phone in either of the pockets...
