I'm not the biggest fan of Safari. It WORKS and is s fine enough browser, but its UI doesn't gel with me and its lack of extensions and theming gets to me. I find Firefox and Vivaldi to be my best options but I do want to find other options. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I've been using Brave for a couple of weeks and find I use it more and more all the time. Youtube is fantastic on it. I use FF for the "Facebook container" feature.

A few weeks ago i was reviewing benchmark and resource management of browsers in 2021. From what i saw it showed Edge (chromium) at the top lol, take that for what you will.

Personally Safari is my daily driver.

Firefox has made some big jumps with security, for this reason its my secondary choice.

Thirdly, Brave. Been playing with this. its cool, i like it, not as much as safari or firefox.

I have removed google chrome everywhere, Its become bloated and not very cash money. I do miss chrome remote desktop tho.

Min Browser? here

Min Browser is not so big on extensions however.. the interface is minimal.

There's the Waterfox browser too. Of course also the Brave Browser and the chromium project

I have a certain dislike for Safari as well and I prefer using Chromium based browsers and on occasion I use Firefox. There's still issues on the Mac while using Firefox - my one major complaint about Firefox is the way that it still handles downloads, like zip and dmg files etc. Firefox doesn't follow any logic to that. I would like that to change to be much better. Once I've experienced those crippled download dialogues enough I pause my use of Firefox and e.g Waterfox.

Are any of the browsers other than Safari scriptable?
Min browser has user scripts available for it. I downloaded it again after mentioning it because it's been a while since I last had it downloaded and tested. Blocks ads too. Min can use the Adblock Plus syntax for blocking too.

I believe there's one more browser out there that's often overlooked; the Seamonkey browser. It's overlooked for a good reason I think.
