Looking for document editing option to sync with Dropbox

What's a good iPad app if I want to be able to store a .doc on my Dropbox account so that I can edit it with Word on my MBP or on my iPad?

I want to ensure the doc is in sync no matter where I make changes to it whether on my computer or ipad.

OnLive Desktop (free) access dropbox through IE; download and open the files in the provided MS Office suite; when done save and reupload to dropbox again through IE. A but clunky but it's free.

Went with quick office hd and seems to be exactly what I wanted! Looked at others and reviews weren't so good. Downloaded onlive and it would be perfect but Dropbox sync, or any cloud based upload requires the $5/mo subscription. Rather pay the one time $20.
