Hello every one!
I am looking for suggestions for sync software to use.
I have an external 500 GB Hard Disk Drive attached to my MacMini, my surveillance software -running in this Mac- stores video files in this extermal drive, one file per day per camera, each file is around 500 MB, around 16 files per day. I need to copy (sync/backup) all this video files to my Synology NAS DS218j OVER THE INTERNET. The Synology NAS "Drive" is mounted in the Mac Mini. I tried using "Sync Folders Pro" sofware but it does not work for me. It hangs after a few files. Any suggestions on what software to use?

ChronoSync has always worked for me. I think they offer a good demo so you can give it a go. No subscription model or upgrade fees ever...

After more than 12 hours the task backup hasn't being completed. Chronosync is being "stuck" with a 840 MB file. 56 out of 60 files upload ok. Stuck in file #57. Other larger files (1.5 GB) were uploaded already.
Internet speed (Upload and download) on both sides is ok, so I dont know why I transfer rate is now down to 135K per second.
Any suggestions?

Funny story, I was looking at my instagram and saw a post from a friend that said "Almost everything works if you unplug it for a moment, even you" sooo... I reboot the NAS, switch off/on my Airport Time capsule, reboot my MacMini, and... voila.... it worked!!!! Chronosync finish the task with 0 errors. I dont know what was happening, but it worked.
