Looking for Gif creator/converter

I need a FREE way to convert my jpg images into a motion gif.
I have found applications that can turn gif images into motion gif but i still cannot find a simple app that can convert my jpg images into gif.

I think Graphic Coverter by Lemkesoft can do that.
