Have a search on the forums, there are copious numbers of RAM recommendation threads. Prices change daily however so you do have to do some of your own checking. It also helps if you tell us where you are located.

Assuming the US, the most-recommended sellers on MR are Crucial, OWC (MacSales) and Data Memory Systems
