program like Identify but for windows. A friend has the apple tv 4 and has a windows puter.

Is running plex media server on the Windows pc an option? That way plex handles all the metadata for tv and movies and you simply install the free plex app on the Apple TV.

will have plex also but looking for a metadata program also.

Its not a free program though it lets you tag 5 files free so you can at least try it to make sure it works correctly.
