Ok, this might be strange. I'm looking for a speakers that I can wear, maybe around my neck, but something that isn't a headphone. I work outside and need to have my ears uncovered but I'm always moving so a speaker that I can put down won't work for me. I did a search but didn't come up with anything. Don't know if they make something like this.

Sweet. I was thinking you can use one of the hiking hooks and attach it to either you bag or a keychain necklace.

I spend a lot of time on dealership lots and getting in and out of cars all day so I think earbuds would get pulled out of my ears as I'm moving around. I do my own thing so there usually isn't anyone around me so I'm not concerned with others hearing what I am listening to.

I bought the JBA Micro Wireless speaker while at the Apple store today. I found a good way to be able to wear it around my neck. I took the rope out of the Apple store bag. Perfect length, works great! I'm going to try it around my neck for awhile and might see how it works clicked to a belt loop on my pants. This speaker is loud! For the volume that I'll need, I think it will be fine.

Sweet. The only problem is that the rope might rub against your skin and give you a nasty rash. lol

[doublepost=1454073418][/doublepost]Here is what I did. Purchased from Amazon a Logitech 984-000193 Tablet Speaker and clipped a strap under the holding tabs of the speaker and hung it around my neck. The strap is adjustable so that I can position the speaker close to my neck or lower down. Works great! I have recently attached a mini bluetooth receiver to the speaker with velcro making the setup wireless. I also use it in bed to listen to the TV as headphones are not comfortable for prolonged listening.

This is what I've been looking for!!!
