I got an iPhone 6 at launch and have played with the idea of getting a Plus since. After using the 6 for a bit, it didn't seem like a huge upgrade from the 5S. I've tried a friend's Plus and I think that I could get used to the bigger size. I may just hold out until next year's S cycle though.

I have a 6 thinking of getting a plus. I'd sell my 6 to get the plus.

Held one for first time and just still unsure. Been looking at specs the LG G3 looks to be the best size for the same size screen 5.5". Seems a lot of bezel on the iPhone's compared to the G3.

mmmmm

i had the g3 and the battery life sucks.

I bought the 6 about 3 days ago, and I already returned it for a 6+

If you borderline want the 6+, just get it. You will not regret it. I originally wanted the 6+, but I went with the 6 because of the whole bend gate issue.. Wasn't even 2 days before I was decided I was returning it for a 6+

I returned a 6 for a 6 Plus. I don't regret it one bit. I can use the Plus just fine one handed with the reachabity feature. I got use to the size after a day of using it. I could never go back to a smaller screen again, but I also don't think I could ever go any bigger either. 5.5 inch just feels perfect.

Didn't know that, it's replaceable though I suppose. I wouldn't get one as I'm sticking with an, iPhone it was purely for a size comparison. The G3 with a 5.5" screen is much smaller than a 6+

Still not sure if it's too big, maybe wait until the S versions come, really unsure.

I had a 6 for 18 days and finally a plus became available and the genius traded it with no problems. I paid full price and going from 5S to 6 seem a waste of money.

I went from the 6 to the 6 plus. Took me a little while to get used to the size, but now I love the phone.

It fits in all of my jeans, and at least for me bending and stuff doesn't cause the phone to bite into my leg or anything. I found myself using the regular 6 with two hands anyway, so I figured why not.

If Apple increases the base model to 5.0" in the future, I'd be tempted to go with that, especially if it gets 400+ ppi screen too

looking for people who went from an iPhone 6 to iPhone 6 Plus.
What was/is your experience so far?

hope to hear from you!

Better battery life, better camera, better screen/more screen real estate.

If you remotely think you would prefer a 6+, buy it.

Absolutely agree. If they can keep the aforementioned and keep the battery, I'd go with a slightly smaller screen.

Great phones as they are, just not commuter friendly enough for me. Get a call when your trying to make your way off a bus and fumbling around an inside jacket pocket is just a nightmare.

If I was someone who just jumped out of a car and went into work, the 6+ would suit me fine.

Another issue is when I take my kid to the park, it's like having something extra to be concerned about. I pick the kiddo up and have this huge phone in my pocket i'm worried it's going to get squashed or bent. Want to take a fast quick pic, you need to make sure you've gripped it right.

6 is the only option for me. Even the HTC One M8 felt a bit too big for daily use, and that's far smaller than a 6 Plus.

Have a 6, still on fence about the plus. Only held one once and it's difficult in a shop to get a best idea, e.g. shove in a pocket etc!

I'd want for Xmas so need to order asap as dates are now 15th Dec delivery.

It's the size I'm finding difficult to get over, alto I love the touchID it makes the bezels too big.

I'm trying to compare to other size phones, e.g. The LG G3 seems a great size for the 5.5" screen, much smaller than the 6+.

Also as the two 6 models are slippy going to need a car on, Apple leather or silicone, making it bigger again.

I have an iPad air 1 that use at home, but do use my phone loads to.

You posted in the wrong thread. This one is entitled, " looking for people who went from iPhone 6 to an iPhone 6 Plus."

I went from a 6 plus to a 6 back to a 6 plus.

Initially I thought the 6 would be perfect for me, as it was and is for a lot of people. However, my move to the Plus revolved around its battery life. It's great to have a phone that doesn't die quickly under my usage level. The screen is also great to look at, and I've largely adapted to writing messages two-handed.

I'm not 100% in love with the ergonomics of the Plus, but the battery life makes it worth putting up with the size for me personally.
