Looking for PROGRAMMABLE mouse for Ipad

Is there any mouse that can be programmed while being connected via bluetooth to the Ipad? The one I have is not programmable at all. For example: I can‘t set the number of lines when slide the scrolling wheel by one notch. I have iPad Pro 2020 with iOS 14.

Not sure the level of programmable you're after but check out Logitech's higher end mice see if that works for you?
