So here is what I am looking for, and what I want to do...

If you are familiar with Sonos and how it works, that is essentially what I'm looking for. I have a boat that when I'm out with several people, we all want to listen to our own music throughout the day. Or maybe someone has a song we want to listen to, but unplugging one audio device and switching to another is a pain.

So what I want to be able to do is have some sort of device that can host a music queue that will have an output, as simple as a 3.5mm stereo jack, or RCA cable. I am willing to setup a wireless network on the boat, that's not an issue. I don't want to use Sonos because you basically need internet if a new person connects to the Sonos system because it has to check for it's internal updates. I just want something plain and simple that can host a queue and anyone can download an app on their phone, connect to the network, and queue up whatever they want.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance, for any leads you may have!
