Looking for specific Joomla component

Hey all,

I am currently building a website for a friend of mine. I am using Joomla and am looking for a component that does the following:

Users should be able fill in their information into a form, and select a certain conference/seminar/event they want to attend. Best would be if there was also a payment option so money could be transferred to an account.

One of the key elements here is that there should be a comprehensive overview somewhere of who attends which conference, instead of getting an e-mail inbox full with notifications.

I think they use these kind of forms for gaming sites to host lan parties or for in-game raids and stuff like that. Users get to pick which event they attend, and then it shows up in some kind of overview.

Is there some kind of module like this for Joomla?
