Hey guys. I’m looking for a non bulky (if I can) case that’s easy to get in and out of the pocket. I currently have an otterbox defender pro with a holster but switching over to shorts I’d like to get a different case. I drop my phone rarely but I don’t want to have that one time be IT. I don’t know what’s available for quality case. By thin I just mean not super bulky. I don’t consider the otterbox thick but thinner wouldn’t hurt as long as it’s not sacrificing protection.

I’m a fan of the RhinoShield case. It’s a bumper style and protects the edges against drops and keeps the screen and back from touching the surface when setting it down. I’ve dropped my phones numerous times with no damage.

My work phone (11) came with an OB Defender Pro w/holster. If the phone isn't in that case and something happens, I'm on the hook. The case is too much tho so I picked up an OB Commuter and feel it's a good balance between protection and being able to fit in a pocket.
I previously had on for my personal 12P and liked it even better. I'm rolling the dice with my 13P and using a slim TPU made by ESR...

After using a Defender on my iPhone 4, I switched to the Commuter for my 5. That's the case I've used for every phone since. I'm a klutz, and I drop phones regularly - sometimes onto hard surfaces. All my Commuter cases have ended up with a few scuff marks - but never any phone damage.

Negatives: It's a two part case and not the easiest to put on or take off. Also, the phone buttons are hard to push.

I really like Peel.

I have their thin case now, and have on order the slightly thicker version with Magsafe support. The non Magsafe version works just fine for charging, but I wouldn’t trust it to hold the phone in place vertically.

I definitely need something that protects more than dings and scratches. Those look super sleek though, I would totally go for one to use on more formal occasions.

I'm going with Supcase Unicorn Beetle Edge. I had gotten a Supcase case/band combo for my Watch 5 and was blown away by the quality, and so I am putting the Eye Phone 13 in a Supcase also. They're thin but very protective with great reviews - I'll get it this week and report.

I'd like to update my recommendation. Definitely skip the OB Commuter if you have an iPhone 11. Fell off my (moving) vehicle and the phone was ejected when it hit the ground. Case is still in great shape, phone--not so much.

Can't wait to go back to work and tell them I swapped cases...smh
