Alot of google searching and going through multiple sites , I eventually found the guy who made the original pic you posted and I went through other sites where he posted and eventually found somewhere where he posted the stock original image. He was asking people which wallpaper he should choose between and that was one of them.

I also found out that it seems to be one of the included stock wallpapes on some LG phone.

Boring. . . IPhone 7 (silver/white). I always seem to go back to this illiteration. My wife 'inherited' by 6S (she came from a 4 as she rolls her eyes at new technology although now you couldn't pry her new iPhone out of her hands. . .).
