I want to give advice as to what case NOT to get. Anything from Sena Cases. DO NOT BUY.
They were a very good, customer-service oriented company until (Belkin I believe) they sold off. Now their customer service is awful, product quality has suffered, and I tell everyone I know to avoid them like the plague.
I first became a customer with iPhone 3GS. Their Sena Ultraslim Sleeve was fantastic quality, made of high quality materials, shipped fast, and if you ever had a problem you could call and they'd replace it. I bought Ultraslim cases for the 3GS, 4S, and 5S.
I then bought one for the 6+, which apparently was around the time they were bought. Quality went down the tubes. After owning a case for a week the stitching began to come out. Suddenly their customer service was non-existent. I'd call in the middle of the afternoon and the message would say they're closed. I'd call day after day. Then when I got through they said stitching isn't covered under warranty. I got a supervisor who said they'd replace it, but at my cost to ship to and from. Bit odd since it was clearly a defect.
I moved to other cases for the 6S+. When the 7+ came out I figured I'd give them another shot. I got an email from them offering 20% off all iPhone 7+ cases. I tried to order the iPhone 7+ Ultraslim and the code in their email didn't discount anything. So I called. They said "Oh it's just for PRE ORDER cases" and since the 7+ case is in stock it doesn't qualify. I said huh?!?! The email AND the website CLEARLY stated 20% off ALL iPhone 7 and 7+ cases. I said screw it, I don't want to deal with a company who treats customers like that. Before I hung up the guy said "Well how about I offer you 10% off?" NO, not playing used car salesman games. I hung up.
Funny enough the very next day the website was updated to reflect the "20% off PRE ORDER" cases. But hey, they already burned me and I won't deal with customer service that operates like that.
So yeah, sorry about the diatribe, but if I can help even ONE customer steer clear of that shoddy company, my mission is a success.
