Looking for three relatively simple applications

1) A Mac version of Shortkeys (Lite). You type "bana" and it will type "I love bananas" out for you, for example. Great for passwords.

2) What program can I make a slideshow with in a .GIF file? Say, I have a couple images, and want to rotate through them in one file, through a .GIF file extension. Which Mac program allows this.

3) What's a screen recording app for a Mac?
