iPhone Looking for tweak

Does anyone know about a cydia tweak working on iPhone 5, iOS 6.1 that automaticly turns off 3G when connected on wifi?
I mean something that will save my battery and I don't need to manualy turn the 3g on/off.
I'm not looking for something like sbsettings - it's fast to turn 3g on/off but not automaticly.

My guess is that any app that constently monitored if you were on WiFi or not would use just as much power and the unused 3G radio of your phone (while you are on WiFi).
