Looking HDD firmware for iMac 2011

Hi there.

Maybe somebody clever found the way to install new firmware on 3TB HDD, so they can work without fan issue and without additional software.
 
just wanna say that i'll pay for technology how to upgrade any imac's 2011 HDD from 1TB(2TB) to 3TB and it will work without any additional software and withut fan issues (like factory model).
