Apple Music Looking to add AptX bluetooth porch speakers for Apple Lossless

I'm looking at "hi Res" Bluetooth speakers for the porch that have a Qualcomm AptX (DAC, or DSP) chip like the Anker Soundcore motion+. Would this make a difference over bluetooth 5 when the switch to lossless happens next month? Or is Airplay the only way to get the range ? I don't want my HopePods outside.
