Looking to Make Music on iPad

I'm looking to Make music with my iPad. More along the lines of creating music than Recording. I have garage band on MBP and can record there.

What I'm looking for is this -
-Sampling
-Creating Beats
-Manipulating beats with different effects
-Synths and lots of them

Essentially to make electronica/industrial type music

What are the best apps to do this on? I've heard of Music Studio but don't want to drop the $$ for it unless I have too.

Any suggestions?
