Looking to sell a 2011 Mini with a bad HDD?

I have a 2011 base model Mini that works fine with the exception of a bad HDD.

Looking to move it as is / for parts. Wondering is it worthwhile to remove the existing HDD thats in there? Just sell as is with the bad drive?

If you have data saved on the drive, even if the drive has failed I would remove it. You can also get an SSD cheap that will go into the device so you can sell it as a functional device. I have seen SSDs sell for less than $40
