Looks like I have a missing file in my JB

Everything I try to install off of Cydia gives me this message, I'm sure it's something I did. Ive uninstalled, un JB re JB and tried again and same thing.


Help?

Go to the sources or changes tab, tap refresh, and wait for it to finish refreshing
