The camera bumps are bigger on all the new models.

Well, I guess that gives you an incentive for potential buyers of your iPhone 12 - "case included" 😉
 
I think the regular 12 and 12 mini cases will work with the new 13 versions. The Pro models however won’t. That camera setup is considerably larger this year.
