Got my spare chargers today, and went ahead and put my Qi compatible Moto 360 watch on it. It immediately goes to charging.

I won't know until I get my watch tomorrow, but it looks like the Apple Watch may charge with industry standard Qi inductive charging based on this quick test.
Which begs the question... when will the rest of the Apple products go Qi, if it is Qi?
