My iphone recently crashed, and I just got it working again. Everything loaded, looks like it's fine, then after a while it turns off, goes to the apple screen, turns off, goes to the apple screen over and over. I plug it in, all is fine. In a minute it kicks off and on again. I am running 4.1 with a 6.15.00 baseband. It will constantly restart like this until the battery is dead.

What ever you downloaded from Cydia is causing the bootloop. Now you have to restore your iPhone using a custom 4.1 ipsw with the 6.15.00 baseband.
