Hi

So I received a replacement s3 from Apple the other day as my old one had a screen issue, I have noticed when I put my old sports band on the new watch it feels a bit loose, it clicks into place and won’t slide out but there’s movement where it clicks into the watch and it makes clicking sounds

It’s ok when it’s on my wrist, just wondering if I should be concerned or is this ok?

Do you have any other Apple Watch bands you can test in the port to see if it’s specifically that band that it feels loose? It might just be the way the lugs are positioned on that band, or they might be uneven.

To be fair the band is very old, it’s from a s0, I don’t have any other bands I’m afraid.

I’m hoping it’s just the band and not the watch, the watch is brand new so I doubt it’s that.

I want to buy a new band just a bit pricey I don’t want to use 3rd party bands.

Ok so I’ve bought a genuine sport band and it’s a bit better, the band still wobbles a bit in the socket but doesn’t make any clicking sounds

Is a little movement normal or not ?
