Hello All, I just got back from the Apple Store. Last week, my trackpad was refusing to click on my 13" Pro. They replaced the trackpad, and when i got the notebook back it worked perfectly. Just as I picked it up to walk out, I noticed that the clutch cover (the black plastic piece that covers the hinges between the bottom portion and screen) was really loose, and I could slide it back and fourth with my finger. I let the genius know, he said he'd take care of it and to come back when I was called. After I came back to pick it up, it was still happening. I gave up and left... My question is, does this affect use, I.E. will it end up cutting the display cables in the long run? I had an old HP notebook that did this... Should I take it back AGAIN to get repaired?
